Our company is looking for a Production Work to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the bindery area of books or cards primarily dealing with product creation via hand work, not equipment operation;
- Scan and ship products;
- Responsible for cleanliness of area;
- Performs QA checks and prepares work for the next operation;
- Timely execution of assigned tasks;
- Maintain safety and Osha standards.
Requirements:
- Machine Operators must have 6+ months experience;
- Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Communicate effectively with supervision, tech support, and other associates;
- Able to multitask and set priorities;
- Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member;
- Must have hard work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and common sense;
- Must be able to work 3 to 4 – 12 hour shifts;
- Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to change;
- Must speak and understand English proficiently;
- Able to lift up to 50lbs. Mobility to crouch, reach, bend, and do repetitive actions with hands and arms.
