Set Up Technician Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Set Up Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision;
- Must be able to listen and follow directions;
- Perform set-ups and tear-downs, diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments;
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas;
- Complete work orders and paperwork regarding daily maintenance and repair duties;
- Use a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment in performing duties;
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines/equipment;
- Proficient math and analytical skills;
- Adheres to all sanitation procedures and processes;
- Adheres to and enforces all safety requirements and wears all required safety equipment as required;
- Attend and perform work where no harm is caused and practice safe work habits;
- Proficient written and verbal communications skills;
- Adheres to and all employee regulations including those related to the employees handbook as well as safety requirements;
- Apply safety measures at all times do not avoid safety features and employ unsafe behavior that can cause any risk or harm;
- Understands and adheres to all GMPs.
