Our company is looking for a Associate Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with project teammates and stakeholders;
  • Assist in design-related ideation of project and business goals with teammates and stakeholders;
  • Create and revise high-fidelity user interface screen designs;
  • Help in creation of user experience artifacts such as information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes;
  • Apply design and production knowledge, exercising independent judgment and firm branding standards to complete assignments;
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development colleagues to establish design and production expectations for projects;
  • Provide input on art and design projects from concept through production and final delivery;
  • Brand Swag;
  • Take creative briefs from concept to execution in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment;
  • Cultivate, maintain and manage an organized library of design assets for the Sales & Marketing teams;
  • Sales Collateral & Tools;
  • Helping clients with furniture selection, in-home design consultation, floorplans and finish options;
  • Proactively engage with customers and build long-lasting relationships with them;
  • Creating customer awareness of the loyalty programs available to them;
  • Assist in seasonal floor-set changes and ensure visual standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design or a related field from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree is preferred;
  • Demonstrated skill sketching by hand; CAD software experience preferred;
  • Extremely detail oriented;
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred;
  • 2 years product design experience in fashion or related industry;
  • Passion for innovation at the intersection of;
  • Proficiency using Invision and Craft plugin to create interactive prototypes;
  • Science & Technology;
  • Highly collaborative and ability to partner with and support the needs of a range of internal stakeholders;
  • A “roll up your sleeves”, get it done, ego-less style and appetite for learning;
  • Adept at multitasking and working on multiple creative projects at one time;
  • An impeccable, keen eagle eye for the detail and the ability to clearly communicate design choices;
  • Ability to push creative boundaries within the constraints of an existing style;
  • High level of proficiency in taking artwork files to print (setup, dispatch, proof);
  • 3-5 years of visual design experience in digital and print.
