Cleaning Crew Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Cleaning Crew to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Additional clean up duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor;
- Sweeping of seating areas;
- Pick up trash and sort recycling;
- Dispose of bagged trash and recycling.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on high surfaces such as bleachers and concourses;
- Vision abilities to include: distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral. Also the ability to adjust focus;
- Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, must dress accordingly;
- Able to work in hot and cold environments;
- Ability to understand policies and procedures and to follow them;
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to other employees, customers and managers;
- Regular use of hands to finger handles or feels objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms;
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form;
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for the entire 4 to 6 hour shift;
- Ability to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions and implement at the same;
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
