Our company is looking for a Dirt Foreman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and are safe for use;
- Manage, supervise and coordinate onsite work crews;
- Attend and facilitate coordination, production and safety meetings;
- Tracking and recording daily production of the crews and reporting back to the superintendent;
- Communicate with onsite subcontractors, general contractors and/or owners;
- Participate in training and other forms of development to strengthen technical, safety and other skills;
- Maintain a clean job site: ensure all tools and equipment are picked up and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards;
- Supervise installation and completion of work on time and budget;
- Order and schedule equipment and material(s) deliveries as required;
- Inputting daily log books, time sheets and other job related paperwork;
- Operate construction equipment as required.
