Our company is looking for a Application Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create process definition documents with a cross functional team;
- Knowledge & Skills;
- Lead technology meetings with key department members on their technology and automation initiatives;
- KBE (NX, Autocad, Process Simulate);
- Google Products (Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail);
- Creation of new automation using RPA, Microsoft Office, and other on premises and cloud solutions;
- Maintain the scheduling of current and new automation tasks;
- Maintain existing automations;
- Promote Leica as the Histopathology market leader in quality and innovation;
- Confer with Application Manager regarding the handling and management of national accounts within the territory;
- Engage and communicate effectively with team and provide leads for all product opportunities;
- Perform customer training to ensure proper utilization;
- Optimize processing and staining quality and tailor slide quality to the approval of pathology staff;
- Conduct pre-purchase reagent order management needed for evaluations;
- Conduct post training and follow up with accounts to ensure all expectations met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Log and document all issues in a clear and concise manner;
- Manage change requests; provide level of effort regarding scope of deliverables;
- Researches problems and reports findings;
- Identify the cause of various issues and ability to formulate resolutions or a work-around;
- Advise on client-specific application configurations;
- Work with development and services staff to resolve critical issues;
- Review technical design specifications;
- Prioritize and differentiate problems;
- Provide technical assistance support to customers, utilizing systems and data to resolve complex business issues;
- Primarily responsible for providing resolutions of one or more software products;
- End user support and training;
- Participate on functional, regression and performance testing;
- Develop expertise in the application, configuration and design of ESI product lines.
