Our company is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively analyze the team’s schedules to coincide projects with resource availability;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
  • Articulate roadmap and plans and collaborate with central product teams;
  • Create project reports for use by the Account services team;
  • Identify and mitigate project risk, keeping issues visible, to avoid impacting the project’s success;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs;
  • Support business development proposals and concept demos;
  • Manage client expectations and communicate with all stakeholders as needed to deliver successful implementation and on time delivery;
  • Keep projects organized despite shifting priorities and updates to documentation;
  • Accountability & Stewardship;
  • Write creatively, clearly and concisely, articulating digital concepts developed by the team and developing agency content;
  • Manage several projects at once without losing your cool;
  • Collaborates with developers to ensure client end goals are met through any data exchange between platforms or custom products;
  • Develop and manage relevant timelines across project elements;
  • Work with designers and developers to bring the client’s vision to life.

Requirements:

  • Communication and team management skill;

  • Organized and cool under pressure;
  • Digital experience (custom, web, and packaged applications);
  • Ability to develop and adhere to detailed project timelines;
  • 3+ years of project management experience;
  • Experience with and adherence to a project management system like Basecamp, Teamwork or Trello;
  • Enjoy working in our collaborative environment;
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodology;
  • Experience working within backend systems and platforms (experience with registration platforms such as Cvnet, Aventri, Swoogo, etc. is a plus);
  • Intermediate experience with project management tools (WorkFront, Jira, Basecamp, etc.);
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS;
  • A deep respect for deadlines, details, and accuracy.
