Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and engages with potential external partners to support vendor selection for various programs;
  • Coordinates logistics for instructor-lead and remote/virtual events, meetings and training for internal and external vendor-driven programs;
  • Assists in the creation of communications, instructional materials for various programs;
  • Monitors the execution of talent processes by reviewing and analyzing program performance trends;
  • Completes research and benchmark analysis to support the design and development of talent solutions;
