Our company is looking for a Junior business analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on impact analysis;
  • Handling requirements, change and defect tracking;
  • Converting Business requirements into Functional requirements;
  • Developing customized business strategies that are aligned with corporate strategic objectives;
  • Developing technical solutions to business problems;
  • Performing requirement gathering sessions to gather information from stakeholders;
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts;
  • Benchmarking our approaches against the latest changes and standards in the field;
  • Shifting between projects and tasks with ease;
  • Analyzing business and system requirements;
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems;
  • Build and optimize reporting dashboards and other performance management tools;
  • Communication and organisational skills as well as attention to detail and a readiness to escalate issues with a sense of urgency are of importance;
  • Create, maintain, and update all database and EMR reference tables;
  • Escalation of potential/current risks.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Knowledge Management and Data Visualization tools, systems and processes;
  • Direct experience with Software Development Life Cycle and processes in a team environment including Scrum/Agile development preferred;
  • Ability to support users by investigating and resolving their problems;
  • Demonstrated experience creating User stories and defining acceptance criteria. Scrum certification a plus;
  • Ability to understand business processes and adapt;
  • 0-4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst;
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field of study;
  • Two or more years of analytical experience in analytics, financial analysis, healthcare pricing, healthcare economics, or related discipline;
  • Excellent financial impact analysis, risk management, and data manipulation skills;
  • Possess a drive to seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through technology, strategy, analytic solutions;
  • Ability to use financial modeling tools, spreadsheets, and information acquisition tools;
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL query language and table structure;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels within the Company;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Ability to think strategically and to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
