Our company is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with volunteer conference leaders to gather final revenue and expense for each event;
  • Coordinate and/or facilitate animal welfare safety staff training, including signs of animal abuse, proper pet care, and accessing community resources;
  • Daily program management, coordination and fulfillment;
  • Exhibit the mentality that customers determine our success;
  • May maintain approved parts inventory and manage vendor service delivery processes in compliance with GE policies;
  • Registering Conferences with the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) so that CRNAs will be awarded CME credit for attendance;
  • Assistance in testing and evaluation coordination;
  • Compiles/publishes Departmental conference and lecture schedules;
  • Ensuring meeting materials are properly and completely developed and produced and arrive on-site on time;
  • Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and the BCBA Professional and Ethical Compliance Code;
  • Assists program director and assistant director with completing planning papers and room assignments;
  • Ensure the development and implementation of all habilitation, whole life, and other service plans;
  • Receive frequent coaching and feedback, as well as ongoing training and development, to continuously hone your sales and customer service skills;
  • Perform periodic audits of project management files and assist project managers with preparation and updates to essential project documents and files;
  • Assist with project close-out process and maintenance of archiving on-site and off-site files.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing financial and administrative requirements of the position;
  • Exhibit the mentality that customers determine our success;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking, presentation, and written skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of direct experience in non-profit administration, community organizing, community relations, or youth development;
  • Demonstrated passion for working with diverse youths and families;
  • Ability to work proactively and with limited guidance on diverse array of projects;
  • Experience working with international development projects and teams;
  • A leader or actively involved in an organization on campus;
  • A collaborative approach and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Valid Driver’s License with 2 years of driving experience;
  • Able to work independently and motivate others;
