Senior Program Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Program Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and resources to grantees and existing SBHCs throughout the state;
- Supervise REAL student for Reach-Out-And-Read Program, SBHC and other PARTNERS related activities;
- Use project management techniques to continuously assess program progress, identify problems and implement solutions;
- Serve as facilitator for the Georgia School-Based Health Alliance in state and nationally;
- Update and provide assessment documents for monthly PARTNERS program team meetings;
- Serve as liaison with clinical practices, sub-specialties, research teams, trainees, and community members;
- Coordinate grantee workshops and meetings at Emory;
- Review and maintain financial budgets for various grants/awards related to PARTNERS program;
- Train staff on the implementation of protocols in accordance with privacy regulations;
- Develop processes for care coordination and patient scheduling;
- Attending team meetings and training;
- Manage PARTNERS operations – financial and programmatic;
- Develop and institute strategies to maximize efficiency;
- Coordinate monthly grantee meetings;
- Coordination of Annual GASBHA/PARTNERS Annual Conference.
Requirements:
- Mastery in use of MS Project or similar project scheduling tool and SAS or other analytic program preferred;
- Nursing, Social Work, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or similar health related fields preferred;
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred;
- BA/BS Degree required;
- Prior significant clinical, public health, or health-related interactions strongly preferred;
- Master’s degree in health administration, public health, or other related field (e.g., nutrition) preferred;
- Database development experience preferred;
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative, clinical, nutrition, or research experience required.
