Our company is looking for a Senior Project Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures;
  • Accountable for revenue recognition, timely and accurate invoicing, and eliminating disputes/past dues;
  • Ensure HSE standard is fulfilled during project execution;
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate change orders for margin enhancement;
  • Ensures a clear understanding of the project contractual requirements by the project team;
  • Using ABB value pairs increase overall organization effectiveness;
  • Primary customer contact for day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope;
  • Manage and analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of clinical trial process (preferred);
  • Comfortable working in a global company with a team-oriented environment;
  • Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Mac OS, HTML, etc.);
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience working with and implementing technology solutions a plus;
  • Requirements & Skills;
  • Prior experience at a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical research, or healthcare technology company preferred;
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent;
  • Experience with Chicago Manual of Style and/or other style guides;
  • Experience with FileMaker Pro preferred, but not required;
  • Knowledgeable in book and digital publishing;
  • Proven ability to bring project teams together and rally team to a successful project completion;
  • Familiarity with HTML/XML, Moodle, and JIRA a plus;
  • Experience with major word-processing software and Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud;
  • Adaptable: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the complete picture.
