Our company is looking for a Senior Director FP&A to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead “build/buy/rent“ analyses for potential strategic M&A targets and organic operating decisions;
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives;
  • Lead efforts to unpack business unit profitability and drive analytics and decision support to change the performance vector;
  • Develop and gain deep business understanding of financial drivers and levers that impact the P&L;
  • Manage Board of Directors financial content and positioning with CFO;
  • Take ownership of the core financial model and drive the planning agenda, cadence, and financial metrics for the business;
  • Manage the annual budget and strategic planning processes;
  • Manage a team of FP&A professionals.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to influence across functions and levels;
  • Experience with high growth, fast-paced businesses;
  • Investment banking experience helpful but not required;
  • FP&A leadership experience, preferably within a high transactional business;
  • Previous SAAS company experience;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Technologically savvy;
  • Superior analytical skills;
  • Private equity portfolio company experience preferred;
  • MBA preferred.
