Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Write progress notes for each therapy session;
- Follow-up/update TX plan every 90 days or as appropriate;
- Assist with administrative duties (answering phone calls, scheduling clients and organizing office supplies);
- Respond to clients in crisis situations;
- Conduct therapy with assigned clients;
- Research topics and/or activities that can assist in therapy sessions;
- Meet with Supervisor weekly to review progress or any concerns;
- Other duties as assigned per supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working in Microsoft Office;
- Must demonstrate professionalism;
- Must be comfortable working collectively in groups;
- Must be able to maintain appropriate client boundaries;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPS compliance requirements;
- Must be comfortable working with diverse clients and children.
