Developer Support Specialist II Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Developer Support Specialist II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Build/maintain relationships with high value customers;
- Interact with engineering, operations, and cross-functional management regularly on high profile technical issues;
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, partners, and developers using APIs;
- Create reproducible test cases, file bug reports, and coordinate delivery of fixes;
- Be the technical support face of our product;
- Provide integration support, code samples, etc for the Cloud Talent Solution product offering;
- Additional Responsibilities;
- Guide partners through technical best practices;
- Write code samples for API documentation Write tutorials and sample applications that leverage our APIs.
Requirements:
- Ability to write code fluently in any programming language (JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java, Ruby, .NET, C#);
- Familiar with best practices of API documentation;
- Able to work with customer representatives at all levels and provide technical perspectives, solutions and support;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectivelySkill/Experience/Education;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field;
- Moderate understanding of APIs and web frameworks.
