Our company is looking for a Information Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the generation of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) (or Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation for program s;
  • Supports secure maintenance;
  • Executes or supports execution of A&A (or C&A) activities;
  • Execute security scanning and the analysis of the scan results;
  • Executes or supports execution of security testing and evaluation to ensure the correct implementation of security requirements;
  • Recommend new designs and techniques leading to cost-effective system enhancement;
  • Certify and accredit systems applicable to PM mission.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience identifying and communicating security exposures, INFOSEC incidents, or noncompliance situations;
  • Very solid application of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories;
  • Creative thinker, good at multitasking;
  • Bachelor’s degree (in IS Technology, Computer Science or related field) or 4-7 years equivalent experience;
  • Ability to participate in and contribute to multiple work groups;
  • Very solid ability to clearly recognize and report relevant system security concerns and issues;
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance;
  • DOD Directive 8570 IAT I or II certification (Security+ or equivalent);
  • Very solid understanding of verification and validation process.
