Quality Control Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Quality Control Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs release and stability testing;
- Supports maintenance of effective laboratory systems to ensure integrity of all laboratory results;
- Author investigational protocols, investigational reports, change control requests, and Quality Technical Reports, etc;
- Provides timely review/corrections for data and documentation generated for or by QC Chemistry;
- Read and interpret engineering drawings;
- Perform training, specifically new hire GMP training, Deviation, CAPA, and, Change Control writing;
- Deviation Management;
- Support equipment validation activities;
- Represent QA in interdepartmental meetings as applicable;
- Prepare and verify test data reports;
- Develop and revise Quality System process documents;
- Review and approve completed batch records;
- Vendor Management (Requests and Qualifications);
- Provide product release authorization;
- Perform inspection and quality control operations of product.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (B.S. degree) or 8+ years of relevant experience (A.S. degree);
- Possess demonstrated technical ability regarding fundamental laboratory techniques and analytical methodology;
- Attention to detail;
- Time Management;
- SOP’s;
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems;
- Organized;
- QC Experience.
