Our company is looking for a SAP Technical Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct;
- Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations;
- Actively participate with other tech refresh activities as they arise and participate in conference calls with stakeholders/management;
- Act to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty;
- Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their development;
- Elicitation and documentation of software technical, functional and operational requirements for existing and new software solutions ;
- Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone;
- Troubleshoot system and software issues systems, that may arise due to software failure, security incidents and during tech refresh activities;
- Deep understanding of planning and executing High Availability and Disaster Recover/Continuity of Operations;
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm’s/client’s expectations;
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations;
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties;
- Focus on building trusted relationships;
- Educate, mentor, and lead a team of SAP Systems and Software Engineers and ensure skill sets are continuously updated ;
- Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalisation, and how they impact the firm and our clients.
Requirements:

- Computing Environment (CE) Certification: SAP certification or equivalent industry certification (preferred experience with SAP);
- Information Assurance (IA) Certification (required on day one of employment): DOD 8570 IAT II (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP);
- Minimum 10 years’ experience required in SAP / ERP Systems Engineering and Application Services – software development and legacy applications;

- Master’s degree or BS/BA Engineering, Business, Computer Science or Technology and 2 years of additional experience;

- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations;
- Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone;
- Secret (or higher) Clearance or the ability to obtain one (Interim required to start).
