Requirements:

  • Experience with virtualization Platforms such as VMWare, KVM, Nutanix AHV is a plus;
  • Sharp problem solving, communication and analytical skills;
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics or related majors;
  • Knowledge of the AWS and other public cloud environments is a plus;
  • Communications skills to present and explain technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders with varying degrees of technical proficiency;
  • Deep knowledge of Linux and Mac, MS Windows is a plus;
  • 5+ years’ proven experience in an Operations and Technical Support role.
