Requirements:
- Experience with virtualization Platforms such as VMWare, KVM, Nutanix AHV is a plus;

- Knowledge of the AWS and other public cloud environments is a plus;
- Communications skills to present and explain technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders with varying degrees of technical proficiency;
- Deep knowledge of Linux and Mac, MS Windows is a plus;
- 5+ years’ proven experience in an Operations and Technical Support role.
