Our company is looking for a Senior Systems Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Experience with Security and compliance activities necessary to maintain system accreditation (to include documentation and mitigation);
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or a related degree;
  • 10+ years of experience as a Systems Architect;
  • Process driven analysis skills and a background in various requirements elicitation methods;
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience with Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) – 11g or higher is highly desirable;
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with EDI transactions sets such as 834/8001, 999 and TA1, SOA, EDI and EAI Applications;
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in working with 270/271 Health Care Eligibility Benefit Inquiry and Response transaction;
  • PMP Certification;
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in building Web Service enabled applications (SOAP and RESTful);
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience with providing enterprise database solutions and data warehouse management;
  • Java and Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE);
  • Understanding of change management and schedule management principles and practices;
  • Certified Enterprise Architect;
  • Understanding of NRO/SED Request for Change (RFC) packages and Engineering Review Board (ERB) processes;
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance;
  • Effective interpersonal skills and strong briefing and writing skills;
  • Prior US military experience • Experience with IBM Rational Tool Suite (RTS) and/or Rational DOORS Next Generation (RDNG);
  • Bachelor degree in STEM (science, technical, engineering, math) discipline;
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
