Software Engineer, Embedded Systems Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Software Engineer, Embedded Systems to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product documentation for software applications including User’s Guides, Design Descriptions, Configuration Guides and Test Procedures;
- Provide applications programming support for other departments;
- Create test plans and procedures and perform testing for product releases.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with microprocessor assembler language. Integration and troubleshooting of hardware/firmware/software components;
- Minimum 10 years in software development with 3 or more years in software development specifically for embedded systems;
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering;
- Experience with LabVIEW programming and DO-178B/C processes;
- Experience with C, C++, Ada and real time embedded programming.
