Our company is looking for a Sr. Quality Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement user reporting, defining data quality dimensions, consistency and completeness;
  • Profiling data;
  • DQ Audit, Standards and Procedures;
  • Work with Governance stakeholders to provide support to Audit activities;
  • Document processes, reports and plans and ensure information is relevant, accurate and complete;
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data governance structures and frameworks;
  • Partner with the Data Governance Office to develop & manage data quality scorecards, metrics and reports as required for assigned domains/stewards;
  • Define and implement Data Quality metrics, KPI, and partner to implement DQ Dashboard;
  • Work with Data Stewards and Data Governance team to identify and design sustainable processes for DQ monitoring and issue resolution management;
  • Implement and continually enhance data quality dashboards and provide status updates, track and report on metrics and KPIs;
  • Provide ongoing expertise on data quality monitoring and issue management resolution as the process evolves/matures (profiling);
  • Provide support in developing and writing data quality policies, standards, and framework documents;
  • Operationalizing and deploying data quality issue identification and remediation process;
  • DQ Support;
  • Familiar with roles and responsibilities, including data stewards, data quality, data dictionaries, and data lineage.

  • Strong statistical background required • Exceptional skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Visio;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work with cross functional teams including senior level individuals;
  • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills;
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities, based on a team building culture;
  • 5 Years of experience working in SAP preferred;
  • Should be deadline and closure oriented, work under tight time constraints with changing requirements;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills – ability to communicate technical concepts simply to non-technical people;
  • Should be self-driven;
  • Effectively work on multiple applications and teams simultaneously;
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP and electronic database systems.
