Our company is looking for a Systems Engineer Technical Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting connection issues with customers in coordination with other providers;
  • Responsible for new HW testing and integration;
  • Build and creation of an automatic PXE device;
  • Design and develop the supporting strategy, vision, future end state and concept of operations;
  • Keep senior government and SEIN leadership apprised of project status;
  • Responsible for maintaining laptops and deploying them in support of the Wireless system;
  • Support security scans, documentation, and provide information associated with accreditation;
  • Complete scripts to monitor data enclaves for access from a wireless client;
  • Coordination with both Networks & VDI, etc;
  • Advocate current and future technology, and ensure the Project captures innovative tradecraft, lessons learned, and best practices;
  • Maintaining build procedures and validating backups on productions servers;
  • Capture, assess and conduct innovative analysis at all levels of legacy GEOINT Broker functions and services throughout the effort.

Requirements:

  • The candidate shall maintain awareness of technology trends in relevant information technology;
  • The candidate shall provide briefs and demo of the solutions to the customer;
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of commercial communication concepts and implementation;
  • Demonstrated experience refining ambiguous customer or system requirements into actionable technical requirements;
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience;
  • Demonstrated technical work experience in at least two (2) of the followin;
  • The candidate shall help the sponsor identify technology solutions to address mission/customer requirements;
  • Technology associated with commercial and/or private communications (terrestrial, maritime, air and space);
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Technology associated with unmanned vehicles;
  • Secure technologies for communications;
  • The candidate shall monitor relevant research for potential impact on current or planned technology capabilities;
  • The candidate shall review operational technology needs and translate into technical requirements for operational technologies development.
