Our company is looking for a Training Content Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Formulates learning objectives; plans, designs, and develops methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness;
- Develops curricula, course outlines, instructional methods, training aids, manuals, and other materials and products.
Requirements:
- 5 years Capable of collaborating with engineers and technical SMEs in order to turn technical information into effective learning content;
- Instructional design and curriculum development experience;
- 5 years Support effort to transform training delivery and execution methods;
- BS Degree in Technology or Engineering;
- Experience with Adobe Captivate;
- 5 years Experience using content management systems (CMS), Basic HTML, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- 5+ years in Curriculum Development/Instructional Design in a technical environment;
- 5 years Experience storyboarding for eLearning or multimedia content;
- 5 years Experience developing high quality interactive eLearning modules.
