Our company is looking for a Training Content Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulates learning objectives; plans, designs, and develops methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness;
  • Develops curricula, course outlines, instructional methods, training aids, manuals, and other materials and products.

Requirements:

  • 5 years Capable of collaborating with engineers and technical SMEs in order to turn technical information into effective learning content;
  • Instructional design and curriculum development experience;
  • 5 years Support effort to transform training delivery and execution methods;
  • BS Degree in Technology or Engineering;
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate;
  • 5 years Experience using content management systems (CMS), Basic HTML, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • 5+ years in Curriculum Development/Instructional Design in a technical environment;
  • 5 years Experience storyboarding for eLearning or multimedia content;
  • 5 years Experience developing high quality interactive eLearning modules.
