Responsibilities:

  • Develop an intelligent agent based on Coagmento architecture for providing proactive IR;
  • PhD in economics, entrepreneurship, finance or related field by hire date;
  • Analyze task, intention, problems, and help data to build various machine learning models;
  • Design and conduct new studies/experiments;
  • Demonstrated record of scholarly or applied research in markets, enterprise systems, policy or economic growth;
  • Advise PhD students and undergraduates in the InfoSeeking Lab on research design, data analysis, and system development;
  • Write and publish experimental results.

Requirements:

  • An ability to work in a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary environment, including demonstrated success in working with diverse populations;
  • Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or closely related field conferred by the start of employment;
  • Experiencein developing and leading multi-disciplinary research teams, large-scaleresearch projects and center grant proposals;
  • Successfulrecord of mentoring PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and early-careerfaculty;
  • PhD in economics, entrepreneurship, finance or related field by hire date;
  • A strong record of sustained extramural funding,
  • An excellent research program and publication record,
  • Experiencein publishing peer-reviewed scientific articles;
  • An outstanding reputation with major contributions and leadership in their field of research,
  • Demonstrated record of scholarly or applied research in markets, enterprise systems, policy or economic growth;
  • Applicants must have a PhD in Information or Computer Science or a related field;
  • A record of excellence in teaching, and supervising graduate students;
  • A commitment to continued productivity in research and publishing,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
