- Monitor all stages of the creative AV production including asset gathering, graphic creation, off-line/on-line editorial and finishing;
- Coordinate the functional requirements of the production;
- Coordinate logistics, logos and cards for all AV materials;
- Assisting in troubleshooting design problems and production difficulties;
- Well-versed in production work flow processes;
- Track and maintain production schedules and project calendar.

- Relevant experience or journalistic training demonstrating proven ability in field production;
- Is cool under pressure; does not become defensive or irritated when times are tough; doesn’t show frustration when resisted or blocked;
- Makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment;
- Accurately plans the length and difficulty of tasks and projects.
