HHA – Home Health Aide – Adults Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a HHA – Home Health Aide – Adults to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration;
- Dressing;
- Nail care;
- Oral feeding;
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc;
- Activities of daily living;
- Assisting with ambulation;
- Grooming;
- Bathing;
- Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices;
- Light housekeeping;
- Toileting;
- Range of motion / exercises.
Requirements:
- If a CNA, active CNA license in the state of Delaware or another state;
- Home Health Aide Certificate of at least 75 hours of home health aide program-must have proof of completion;
- Minimum one year work experience in any field (does not need to be within health care).
