Our company is looking for a Stna to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follows appropriate Infection Control and Safety Practices;
- Attend required in-service education;
- Answers call lights;
- Assist residents in all activities of daily living, to include, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene and ambulation;
- Refers to and follows resident care plan;
- Keep resident rooms and work areas neat and clean;
- Communicates effectively with residents, staff and visitors;
- Must meet job related competencies as outlined in the Skills Competency Manual;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures;
- Complete documentation of care given.
Requirements:
- Must be a certified STNA in good standing;
- Must be current with Ohio registry;
- Must pass a drug test and criminal background check;
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
- A minimum of a grammar school education is essential.
