Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform resident routine evaluations and assessments and medication administration;
- Provides supervision of CNA’s;
- Directs and assists with resident, family/significant other education and notifies family on condition changes;
- Communicates with the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and DON as needed;
- Updates plan of care when needed and observes and documents observations and care given to the residents;
- Collaborate with a variety of interdisciplinary professionals to determine and provide the best possible care for their patients.
Requirements:
- Basic Life Support certification;
- Valid and Current West Virginia RN License or compact license;
- Current MI RN License;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience;
- Up to date certifications;
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training;
- Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association);
- Valid and Current Pennsylvania RN License;
- Associates of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
