Transfer Pricing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver transfer pricing services;
- Develop and maintain client relationships;
- Supervise and mentor staff members;
- Manage and working with outside advisors;
- Assist in the preparation, organization and management of database of intercompany transactions;
- Assist in the organization and management of intercompany agreements;
- Partner with accounting, tax, and finance teams to implement calculation, recording , and payment of intercompany transactions;
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and reporting results and provide recommendations;
- Develop working knowledge of transfer pricing policies across all brands and legal entities;
- Perform financial / economic analyses and building financial valuation models;
- Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and reporting results and recommendations;
- Facilitate operationalization of intercompany transactions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience with advisory related projects;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment;
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, mathematics, or statistics from an accredited college/university.
