Quality Assurance Monitor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Quality Assurance Monitor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monitoring activities for Department of Medicine Oncology Trials;
- Special projects as determined by department leadership;
- Generate reports to all necessary parties;
- Assist with maintaining the RedCap Protocol Project that tracks protocols activities and prevent lapse in renewals;
- Identity protocol deviations/violations from protocol and formulate/recommend corrective action;
- Perform audit prep and QA/QC projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology specifically related to oncology;
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus three years of related experience;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to take initiative and work independently;
- Experience with Human Subject Clinical Research Quality Assurance Monitoring and Audit procedures;
- Certified Clinical Research (SOCRA or ACRP) or certified within 6 months.
