Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of related experience, preferably having successfully delivered results in account managing and retention;
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required;
  • 2 years supervisory experience;
  • Ability to handle pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work well with a diverse client base and various internal teams;
  • Decision-making capabilities;
  • Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control);
  • Strong conflict resolution skills;
  • Communication, negotiation and conflict management skills;
