Requirements:
- 5-8 years of related experience, preferably having successfully delivered results in account managing and retention;
- College degree or equivalent work experience required;
- 2 years supervisory experience;
- Ability to handle pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work well with a diverse client base and various internal teams;
- Decision-making capabilities;
- Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control);
- Strong conflict resolution skills;
- Communication, negotiation and conflict management skills;
