Client Solutions Director Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Solutions Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and implements training needs to improve patient satisfaction and HCAHPS;
- Lead the design process for program solutions, including program modeling and pro forma development when required;
- Pursues current innovative information and serves as a resource for national best practices and benchmarks;
- Execute and recommend improvements to Summerhill’s established solution and proposal development processes;
- Leads Patient Flow Redesign projects utilizing LEAN for Healthcare methodology;
- Follow all internal policies necessary for proposal submission including budgets, contracts and program design risk assessment;
- Evaluate RFPs identified for response that are relevant and aligned with Summerhill’s Annual Business Plan;
- Acts as a resource to the Nurse Manager and Medical Director providing input into operational, staffing and productivity issues;
- Work with Sales to ensure Summerhill’s CRM system is accurate and up to date with all known opportunities;
- Lead the strategy, coordination, research and writing of high quality and timely RFP responses and sole sourced opportunity proposals;
- Assists with monitoring and improvement of Core Measures;
- Assists with research, planning, and the implementation of new services and special projects;
- Evaluates facility needs and creates action plans to improve operational and clinical performance;
- Support regional business development strategies related to nurse leader networking and outreach.
Requirements:
- Base salary commensurate with experience;
- Strong technical writing skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Engineering Field;
- Ability to manage direct reports, as well as colleagues and peers when required for proposal development;
- Program modeling and design experience;
- Commission paid on assigned opportunities that are won;
- Ability to meet very tight deadlines while keeping other initiatives on track;
- Assists with monitoring and improvement of Core Measures;
