Our company is looking for a VP, Client Solutions to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Displays and applies knowledge of healthcare trends, reimbursement models, population health and its impact on customer profitability;

  • 10 years’ experience in developing long-term relationship-based, complex, consultative solutions required;
  • Is able to communicate value and service excellence concepts in sales discussions;

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage client expectations and communicate needs of clients to internal stakeholders;
  • Agency experience is preferred but not required;
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, ability to pivot and make strategic decisions, even keeled under moments of pressure;
  • Solutions oriented and client focused;
  • Client facing experience a must; including presentation experience;
  • 5+ years managing a Client Solutions/Client success team within the media industry/agency space;
  • Experience working with autonomy and making decisions that will benefit both the client and the organization;
  • Influencer management experience, ability to obtain buy-in and collaboration from internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to overcome obstacles;
  • Stellar communication skills;
  • Proven success and experience with pre and post sales for multi-faceted digital media advertising campaigns and sponsorships.
