Our company is looking for a VP, Client Services to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver relevant and regular training on new products and features;
  • Atypical working hours will be required at times, including weekends;
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives to improve client relationships that contribute to Company’s business strategy;
  • Secure “New Logo” wins;
  • Achieve goals;
  • Provides weekly sales forecasting;
  • Create, develop and maintain key community relationships;
  • Maintain current client relationships with new product opportunities;
  • Coach, mentor and supervise team; demonstrate strong leadership, provide direction and professional development;
  • Proactively manage resource allocation and agency investments to drive client growth and profitability;
  • Develop and implement plans and programs to support day-to-day account activity and long-term business objectives;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client senior leadership;
  • Contribute regularly to the growth of the agency’s business and long-term strategy;
  • Lead proposal efforts and manage new business pitches from development to signature on designated accounts;
  • Deliver work that is strategically rooted and creatively driven to produce business results.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment;
  • Ability to evaluate, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities;
  • Experience in developing and implementing scientific communication strategies for emerging and marketed products;
  • Experience of selling and managing a book of relationship business;
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals;
  • 8+ years’ medical communication or clinician-focused healthcare marketing agency-side experience;
  • Ability to foster solid relationships with other teams across the business;
  • Well organized;
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, with a positive and solutions-based attitude;
  • Proficient with communication tools: Gmail, Slack, Email automation;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work streams based on a comprehensive understanding of our particular business strategy;
  • Deep knowledge of leading digital advertising platforms like Facebook, Google, etc;
  • A history of servant leadership and experience developing paid acquisition talent;
  • Proven track-record of leading successful growth programs with $10M+ annual advertising budgets.
