Client Services Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Services Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop templates and components leveraging framework;
- Effectively communicate design to customers and present design options/considerations;
- Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates;
- Ensure satisfied customers through excellence in delivery;
- Leverage the full Perficient portfolio of services to provide meaningful help to our clients and drive account growth;
- Responsible for the strategy, vision and continued growth of named account;
- Identify new opportunities and partner with Perficient practice leadership and sales team members to design, craft and present new offerings;
- Architect and design the component model that will be used to construct a platform for both we;
- Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse;
- Help to establish overarching program goals and objectives in the program for a customer;
- Establish and maintain account strategic plan;
- Design Content targeting Scenarios and architect how those scenarios;
- Provide account leadership overseeing delivery of all professional services.
Requirements:
- Insurance knowledge – P&C experience preferred, as well as solid financial acumen;
- Experience implementing web content management systems in a large corporate environment;
- Experience managing the proposal process and pursuit teams in a consultative, solution-based sales model;
- Design, develop and support components, integrations and applications;
- Experience with Object Oriented Design and design patterns;
- Experience with secure coding practices;
- Experience building, deploying and supporting Internet-facing applications;
- Experience working with geographically separate project teams;
- Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, communication and relationship-building skills;
- Minimum of 3 years of Architect experience;
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools;
- Strong client relationship management skills;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, with particular emphasis on Agile;
- Minimum of 7 years of software development experience;
- Experience with web and application servers, such as Apache and Tomcat.
