Our company is looking for a Client Services Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop templates and components leveraging framework;
  • Effectively communicate design to customers and present design options/considerations;
  • Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates;
  • Ensure satisfied customers through excellence in delivery;
  • Leverage the full Perficient portfolio of services to provide meaningful help to our clients and drive account growth;
  • Responsible for the strategy, vision and continued growth of named account;
  • Identify new opportunities and partner with Perficient practice leadership and sales team members to design, craft and present new offerings;
  • Architect and design the component model that will be used to construct a platform for both we;
  • Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse;
  • Help to establish overarching program goals and objectives in the program for a customer;
  • Establish and maintain account strategic plan;
  • Design Content targeting Scenarios and architect how those scenarios;
  • Provide account leadership overseeing delivery of all professional services.

Requirements:

  • Insurance knowledge – P&C experience preferred, as well as solid financial acumen;
  • Experience implementing web content management systems in a large corporate environment;
  • Experience managing the proposal process and pursuit teams in a consultative, solution-based sales model;
  • Design, develop and support components, integrations and applications;
  • Experience with Object Oriented Design and design patterns;
  • Experience with secure coding practices;
  • Experience building, deploying and supporting Internet-facing applications;
  • Experience working with geographically separate project teams;
  • Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Minimum of 3 years of Architect experience;
  • Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools;
  • Strong client relationship management skills;
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, with particular emphasis on Agile;
  • Minimum of 7 years of software development experience;
  • Experience with web and application servers, such as Apache and Tomcat.
