Our company is looking for a Client Services Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required;
  • High comfort level with PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office tools;
  • Webinar planning, managing, and hosting;
  • Customer services/success strategy including Customer Success Planning, Customer Journey, customer communication quality/control;
  • Customer support tool selection, maintenance, and scaling (Freshworks Suite experience preferred);
  • Write and manage CSAT surveys (SurveyMonkey);
  • High pressure support team management and interpersonal conflict management skills;
  • Highest level B2B customer interaction and communication skills including C-suite contacts;
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external client stakeholders;
  • Work with internal teams to establish and manage online projects throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Update and maintain due diligence collateral;
  • Understand basic technology features, functions and applications in use for client recommendations;
  • Projects could include campaign landing pages;
  • Analytics reporting module;
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, co-workers, and agency partners.

Requirements:

  • Webinar planning, managing, and hosting;
  • High comfort level with PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office tools;
  • Knowledge of the institutional investor landscape and understanding of clients’ servicing needs;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required;
  • Demonstrable history of achieving superior client satisfaction;
  • Customer services/success strategy including Customer Success Planning, Customer Journey, customer communication quality/control;
  • Authorization to work in the United States;
  • Highest level B2B customer interaction and communication skills including C-suite contacts;
  • High pressure support team management and interpersonal conflict management skills;
  • Customer support tool selection, maintenance, and scaling (Freshworks Suite experience preferred);
  • At least three years of experience in a client service role at a hedge fund or asset manager;
  • Must have prior experience managing online projects that include both visual and technology resources;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related discipline;
  • Experience with client on-boarding.
