Our company is looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleans and maintains the reception area and salon;
  • Greets persons entering the salon;
  • Creates employee schedules and other employee documents;
  • Offers products, packages, and services;
  • Provide final delivery report for clients to ensure accurate billing;
  • Utilize third party measurement tools to provide market insight to sales team;
  • Provide pricing guidelines and network impression availability for all campaign proposals;
  • Compare client numbers to Viant’s numbers, checking for discrepancies;
  • Monitor services provided for client, including daily performance and financials;
  • Analyze data reports, dashboards, and other key metrics related to client;
  • Develop staff for corporate services matters, and positions the team for growth;
  • Responsible for performance management and development;
  • Work with the Strategic Planning team to advise on strategy for upcoming campaigns;
  • Regularly monitor campaign’s success and provide optimization feedback to agencies as necessary;
  • Provides support on client presentations and engagements as needed.

  • Minimum of 3 years relocation industry experience, some or all of which involved client retention and/or handling real estate;
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a startup environment;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand internal and external needs;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust while super-serving our agency partners;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Detail and quality oriented.
