Corporate Strategy Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals;
- Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems;
- Perform analysis to gain and use insights to recommend innovative approaches that will lead to business results;
- Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that leads to strategic insights;
- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems;
- Develop new strategies by analyzing internal and external factors in alignment to the business strategy;
- Participate in the creation of senior management and Board communication presentations enabling effective communication of related strategies;

Requirements:

- Excellent presentation skills necessary to influence Senior Executives;
- Prior experience with Accenture or a consulting firm;
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting;
- Attention to detail while managing competing priorities and tight time pressures;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity;
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong quantitative and analytic skills. Advanced modeling skills. Ability to synthesize complex data;
- MBA;
- Minimum of 3 years of strategy experience;
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- 3+ years of related experience.
