Our company is looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals;
  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems;
  • Perform analysis to gain and use insights to recommend innovative approaches that will lead to business results;
  • Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that leads to strategic insights;
  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems;
  • Develop new strategies by analyzing internal and external factors in alignment to the business strategy;
  • Participate in the creation of senior management and Board communication presentations enabling effective communication of related strategies;
  • Communicate hypotheses, proposed analysis and findings;
  • Assist in the discovery, solution development and recommendation design for key strategic topics including market and competitive analyses.

Requirements:

  • Results oriented, self-directed, self-starter, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial minded;
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills necessary to influence Senior Executives;
  • Prior experience with Accenture or a consulting firm;
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting;
  • Attention to detail while managing competing priorities and tight time pressures;
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity;
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills. Advanced modeling skills. Ability to synthesize complex data;
  • MBA;
  • Minimum of 3 years of strategy experience;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • 3+ years of related experience.
