Responsibilities:

  • Planning and creating the market plan and collaboratively working with all departments;

  • Identifying solutions for improved product performance and address unmet customer and market needs;
  • Direct management experience with proven track record of building successful teams, developing talent;
  • Support sustaining engineering initiatives and improvement including production floor and services;
  • Ensure seamless product transfer in NPI phase from development to production and support;
  • Mentors the R&D team in systems design and development;
  • Demonstrated experience managing of intellectual property creation and portfolio management;
  • Experience identifying and scoping opportunities for new products;

  • PhD in Organic Chemistry and a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Research & Development;
