Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytical problem-solving skills to processes to identify critical performance factors;
- Helps develop and write verification and validation SOPs and technical reports;
- Provide direction and support to internal technical team and cross-functional core teams;
- Help develop strategies for development of complex in vitro diagnostic tests for Enhancement projects;
- Constantly monitor and report on progress, problems and solutions to upper management;
- Presents data at technical meetings;
- Track project technical project deliverables using appropriate tools;
- Present data at Executive meeting or deep-dive report-outs;
- Be highly goal-oriented and organized with the ability to adapt and thrive in an atmosphere of shifting demands and priorities;

Requirements:
- Real time PCR or RT-PCR and product development experience;
- Ability to work in an office environment;
- Proven experience in Quality System Regulations (QRS) 21 CFR 820; Design Control ISO:13485:2003;
- Proven experience in launching multiple products from concept to commercialization stage;
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft computer programs;
- Experienced in interpreting and analyzing large scale experimental data sets;
- Experience working with microorganisms involved in infectious diseases;
- Proven experience in people management;
- 15+ years of work experience in biology, chemistry or related fields;
- Excellent communication and documentation skills;
- Medical device and/or in vitro Diagnostic product launch experience is highly preferred;
- Working knowledge of quality documentation management systems;
- Experience with design of experiments (DOE) methods desirable;
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills that can translate to direct guidance of team members through complex issues;
- Proven understanding of assay product development life-cycle.
