Senior Development Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Development Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and project budgets;
- Manage large projects, day-to-day client interaction/tax advisory skills, and tax compliance responsibilities;
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services to tax-exempt organizations, with a focus on tax-exempt healthcare providers and payers;
- Build and manage a portfolio of client relationships of varying size and scope, with an ability to operate as their trusted advisor.
Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams;
- Ability to proactively identify client requirements and exploit opportunities to increase both client KPI scores, project success and team excellence;
- Excellent ability to collaboratively work as part of a team;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex information;
- Skilled in communicating effectively with clients, peers;
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university;
- Excellent understanding of construction materials, means and methods product, including technical information;
- Strong tax research and writing skills, and the ability to teach others the same;
- Licensed CPA or J.D./LL.M. Strong knowledge of tax code and regulations, and strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
