Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs;
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas;
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested;
- Engaging with industry suppliers and manufacturers (plant/factory visits, substation visits) for assigned materials and components;
- Coordinate the operation, maintenance, repair and testing of equipment and systems in the field installations;
- Provide planning and coordination of work activity and training of technical staff;
- Learning new technologies and building integrations into many platforms;
- Design and implement quality AV technology solutions to ensure effective and economical support for products, systems or equipment;
- Document the results of complex analysis and design tasks;
- Coordinate the preparation of detailed AV engineering packages, including specifications, drawings, and technical documents for the client;
- Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design (CAD) software and equipment to perform engineering tasks;
- Participate in studies to identify alternative design approaches and implications thereof to develop innovative solutions to complex problems;
- Select, supervise, and manage plant electrical contractors;
- Analyze electrical and controls equipment and recommend potential improvement projects and strategies;
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the National Electrical Code, and applicable state and local codes, ensure the facility is Arc Flash Compliant.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with Agile(Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban;
- Deep understanding of SOA, Micro-Services;
- Understanding of distributed systems;
- Deep understanding of auto-scaling and containerized environments;
- 3+ Years of experience, Java, J2EE – Backend;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and additional duties as assigned;
- Must have a positive attitude at all times;
- A minimum of 2 plus years experience in a maintenance capacity;
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations;
- Maintains system, product, engineering change, configuration control data base;
