Our company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to HRBP with data and trend analysis;
  • Support the office with administration duties;
  • Serve as a senior advisor, counsel, and confidante to business unit leaders and managers;
  • Apply analytical rigor to dive deep and report on People trends, developing action plans to proactively address concerns;
  • Workday experience a plus;
  • Lead and facilitate organizational design and restructuring activities in partnership with senior leadership;
  • Provide proactive coaching and training of employees and managers;
  • 5+ years progressive human resources experience in fast-paced global environments;
  • Lead change management efforts to foster the effective adoption of evolving organization strategies, processes, and programs;
  • Coordinates integration of new employees to ensure proactive and thorough assimilation into their functional areas;
  • Innovative problem solver able to quickly assess a situation and provide multiple solutions;
  • Able to develop and articulate the value proposition of a new process or program to employees at senior and execute levels;
  • Provide HR analysis and reporting on various programs and data;
  • Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines;
  • Provide voice of the customer feedback to the HR COE regarding employee needs, and implementation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Management consulting experience;
  • Human Resources certification (PHR/SPHR);
  • Peoplesoft, Workday or other HRIS system experience;
  • Coaching experience / credentials;
  • HR professional certification or program experience preferred;
  • Ability to influence and drive organizational planning and execution in talent management;
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience;
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing human resource programs, policies and procedures;
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional disciplines;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
  • 5 plus years of progressive Human Resources experience;
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience. (Includes 3-5 years managerial/leadership experience.);
  • 10 years experience in HR supporting Business Partners.
