Our company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to HRBP with data and trend analysis;
- Support the office with administration duties;
- Serve as a senior advisor, counsel, and confidante to business unit leaders and managers;
- Apply analytical rigor to dive deep and report on People trends, developing action plans to proactively address concerns;
- Workday experience a plus;
- Lead and facilitate organizational design and restructuring activities in partnership with senior leadership;
- Provide proactive coaching and training of employees and managers;
- 5+ years progressive human resources experience in fast-paced global environments;
- Lead change management efforts to foster the effective adoption of evolving organization strategies, processes, and programs;
- Coordinates integration of new employees to ensure proactive and thorough assimilation into their functional areas;
- Innovative problem solver able to quickly assess a situation and provide multiple solutions;
- Able to develop and articulate the value proposition of a new process or program to employees at senior and execute levels;
- Provide HR analysis and reporting on various programs and data;
- Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines;
- Provide voice of the customer feedback to the HR COE regarding employee needs, and implementation requirements.
Requirements:
- Management consulting experience;
- Human Resources certification (PHR/SPHR);
- Peoplesoft, Workday or other HRIS system experience;
- Coaching experience / credentials;
- HR professional certification or program experience preferred;
- Ability to influence and drive organizational planning and execution in talent management;
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience;
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing human resource programs, policies and procedures;
- Ability to interface with cross-functional disciplines;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
- 5 plus years of progressive Human Resources experience;
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience. (Includes 3-5 years managerial/leadership experience.);
- 10 years experience in HR supporting Business Partners.
