Our company is looking for a Management Trainee to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attend periodic evaluations;
- Evaluate work output;
- Target Audience Research;
- Communications and Marketing;
- Campaign Strategy;
- Consumer Management;
- Managing Others;
- Consumer Breakdowns;
- Regional Management (when several markets are overseen);
- Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously;
- Regular training, evaluation and development of personnel;
- Analyze situations & problem solving;
- Coordinate with management staff to maximize training effectiveness;
- Help implement and reinforce standard operating procedure;
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future;
- Have an active driver’s license;
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership;
- Must currently have a valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years;
- Gain experience in the Operation;
- Learn the LTL Industry;
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years);
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI);
- Must have experience in any of the following areas: customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above;
- No conviction of a drug or alcohol related incident on your driving record in the past five years;
- Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories: Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling);
- Reliable;
- Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories;
- Must have at least one of the following;
- Previousautomotive experience preferred, but not required.
