Memory Care Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Memory Care Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all appropriate regulations;
- Completion of resident assessments and development of customized care plans;
- Evaluates market studies and develops clinical programs to meet the needs of the community.
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community and State officials and general public;
- Must be able to perform with high level of communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Must have a valid driver’s license;
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide in good standing with the NC Medication Aide Office;
- Must practice and promote Affinity Guidelines, Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement, Values and goals;
- Ability to work within an environment that supports the goals set forth in the Memory Care Program;
- Must meet the same training and competency requirements of the aides being supervised;
- Must be 21 years of age;
- Must be honest, ethical, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others;
- Must meet all health requirements;
- Must have the ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care;
- Must have experience in training and staff development;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Assists in meeting the psychosocial needs of tenants/residents in the Memory Care community;
- Assists with implementing and maintaining Dimensions Program best practices for Memory Care residents.
