Our company is looking for a Memory Care Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with all appropriate regulations;
  • Completion of resident assessments and development of customized care plans;
  • Evaluates market studies and develops clinical programs to meet the needs of the community.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community and State officials and general public;
  • Must be able to perform with high level of communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license;
  • Must be a Certified Medication Aide in good standing with the NC Medication Aide Office;
  • Must practice and promote Affinity Guidelines, Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement, Values and goals;
  • Ability to work within an environment that supports the goals set forth in the Memory Care Program;
  • Must meet the same training and competency requirements of the aides being supervised;
  • Must be 21 years of age;
  • Must be honest, ethical, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others;
  • Must meet all health requirements;
  • Must have the ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care;
  • Must have experience in training and staff development;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Assists in meeting the psychosocial needs of tenants/residents in the Memory Care community;
  • Assists with implementing and maintaining Dimensions Program best practices for Memory Care residents.
