Our company is looking for a Paid Media Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, build, and nurture relationships with new and current partners through excellent communication and storytelling (written and verbal);
  • Partner with affiliate network to stay informed of industry trends and best practices;
  • Work closely with PR to pitch and build relationships with affiliate and PR contacts;
  • Adept in product storytelling and writing campaign briefs with a full understanding of SPANX product features and benefits across all categories;
  • Act as affiliate subject matter expert while collaborating with wholesale and PR teams to assist with influencer/affiliate activations;
  • Own and communicate channel calendar to Senior Manager of Paid Media;
  • Manage weekly budget and daily pacing, communicating significant changes to Senior Manager of Acquisition;
  • Strategically identify talent and influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs;
  • Identifying trends in data to inform future campaigns;
  • Optimization of budgets, bids, creative, and audiences to improve ad performance;
  • Execution of new campaigns across a variety of platforms (Google, FB, IG and LI);
  • Managing budgets across accounts, campaigns and platforms (under the supervision of the Senior Manager);
  • Data Extracts and Reporting;
  • Proactively come to the table with new ideas to scale affiliate program and influencer strategy;
  • Mocking up ads for client review and approval.
