Our company is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Positioning & Messaging- Identify and develop messaging that uniquely differentiates Managed Defense;
  • Market intelligence – Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to succeed;
  • Storytelling – Ability to use persuasive and compelling storytelling when communicating internally and externally, understands how to be concise;
  • Develop and refine content for speaker materials and Advisory Boards;
  • Interface with speakers on bureau to help manage logistical concerns, contracting, etc;
  • Develop a measurement plan for tactics in area of responsibility (specifically, the multi-channel plan);
  • Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan;
  • Support Sales Enablement activities in educating internal and external audiences regarding new product and features;
  • Monitor key trends in gaming across all major languages as it relates to new ASO strategies, and apply them to titles;
  • Positioning/Messaging – Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Adaptiva’s products in the market;
  • Evangelism – serve as the spokesperson for our offerings and evangelize with customers and press, and at conferences and user groups;
  • Deliver presentations, webinars, Q&A, and conduct client research in an articulated and authentic format;
  • Sales Enablement – support selling efforts with the latest tools, messaging, and assets;
  • Collateral Creation – Product and sales presentations, webinars, videos, blogs, etc;
  • Dig deep into campaign and app store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across all markets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience;
  • Demonstrated product marketing and content creation experience. Writing samples required;
  • Ability to work independently while achieving defined tasks;
  • Work experience in systems management or security related product marketing;
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, able to prioritize multiple competing priorities;
  • Ability to 100% own initiatives. A motivated self-starter who can operate and execute with a sense of urgency, discipline and focus;
  • Minimum 5+ years technical sales, business development or product marketing experience;
  • Strong written and verbal skills with a very good ability to create and lead face to face and online presentations;
  • Proven success in championing new ideas, thinking “outside of the box,” driving revenue through marketing messaging;
  • Experience in a structured product development process or stage gate process is a plus;
  • Attitude of getting things done with high-quality and on-time;
  • Attention to details to ensure clear product definition and performance to market plan;
  • Ability to conduct and present market research and analysis with concrete recommendations;
  • Knowledge of HID technologies like Seos and Mobile Access;
  • Bachelor’s degree.
