Responsibilities:

  • Executes comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals;
  • Develops thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data;
  • Plans sales calls on a continuous basis, managing sales time effectively;
  • Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions;
  • developing new long-term customer relationships;
  • Measure progress weekly with market conditions, dealer performance, training, and prospect pipeline;
  • Demonstrate equipment on a regular basis;

  • Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.

Requirements:

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and represent the Company professionally, both internally and externally;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable;
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Five years of insurance and/or sales experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • A Territory Manager is capable of working with limited direction;
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record;
  • Familiarity using CRM tools to record the activity and manage the sales pipeline;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Intermediate IT knowledge;
  • Written and verbal fluency in English & Spanish;
  • Experience in a sales supervisory role involving coaching and developing sales teams;
  • Proven experience in core selling skills, including strategic prospecting, negotiating, presentation, and closing;
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
