Analytics Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Analytics Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work as a member of a team assigned to design and implement solutions for our customers;
- Complete analyses to support the development and growth of a high performing and cost-efficient provider network;
- Support the development of a contract evaluation model to provide data driven insights to the network development team;
- Bring together multiple sources of complex data to design and develop reports that answer a business question;
- Data analysis – skills to conduct analysis and deliver recommendations to the team and customer;
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned;
- Dashboard and Dataset development – develop dashboards and datasets that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Guide and coach on-shore and off-shore analyst teams in ensuring project success against set plans;
- Manage project execution from planning and design to insight generation and final recommendations;
- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience;
- Computer and internet savvy;
- Tagging troubleshooting experience;
- Strong experience with Google Analytics;
- 0 – 3 years of experience in business analytics, data science, or consulting in these fields;
- Candidates holding certifications in either Tableau or Salesforce Analytics will receive priority consideration;
- Previous experience using Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Einstein Discovery a plus;
- B.S. or equivalent degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or other relevant fields;
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen;
- At least 5 years of operational, clinical, financial or health care metrics work experience;
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position;
- Experience or equivalent coursework using statistics for data analysis with an understanding of, at a minimum, multivariate regression;
- Strong understanding of query languages and basic understanding of programming languages; experience with Python, R, Java, or Apex a plus.
